  3. Bio Diesel Plants: In Piedmont, Boligee, and Demopolis (Building Trades meeting with Owners)
  4. Birmingham Enertainment District: Includes Westin Hotel and retail shops. In planning stages.
  5. Oxmoore School K thru 8: Rebids Feb. 24th
  6. UAB and Barons Stadiums: Planning stages.
  7. Hallman Hills Condos: Planning stages.
  8. Birmingham Airport Expansion: $190 million, Brasfield & Gorrie are construction managers, KPS group/Architects, construction starts Spring of 2011, General Contractor to be publicly bid. This job is being rebid 2/21/2011.
  9. McCalla Railroad Hub: Owner is Norfolk/Southern, still having zoning and public hearings.  
  10. Grand Rivers Shopping Mall (Leeds) Phase 2, Quinco Electric??, GC-Hoar
  11. New National Guard Armory (Tuscaloosa) Federal Funded, $13 million, 4 miles south of I-59 on Hwy 69, 15 acres
  12. Childrens Hospital, Hoar Construction, BE & K-planners, Downs Electric, (Nashville, Tenn.) 615-256-7414 (using Marathon as sub ???) Downs member of ABC  (Job is ongoing, 50% complete)
  13. Trinity Hospital (Old Healthsouth Digital Hospital) 40% complete, $290 million (tied up in courts)
