The highlighted Counties are the Jurisdiction of LU 136.
BM Keenum is asking for volunteers to act as "Captains" for each County. These "Captains" would be responsible for looking at upcoming projects in that County and report to the hall with that info. The Members living in each County would assist the Captain by attending City and County Council meetings, checking for permits pulled, zoning meetings, electrical supply houses scuttlebutt, etc.
Any information is helpful, sometimes the smallest things turn out to be valuable in the long run. If you happen to be out of work, consider helping your Local in these efforts, it might help to provide jobs in the future. We will post a list of "Captains" for each County, along with contact numbers to reach them.
The Captains will then forward that info to the Organizing Dept., who is responsible for tracking jobs and relaying info to our Contractors.
